Programmed volume of media from test vessel is purged through the transfer tube to waste in multiple cycles

• A cleaning cycle is initiated at the end of every test to ensure all contact parts remain clean before the next test
• Validation cycle is provided for verification of sample, rinse, replenishment and diluent volume
• The sampling manifold dives the cannulas at 16 pharmacopoeia-specific sampling positions in addition to user specified positions

1. Performs key operations like diluting and mixing samples up to 1:25, filtering, storing and replacing withdrawn samples with fresh media
2. The glass/Teflon syringes eliminate adsorption and offer a high accuracy of dosing (better than +/- 1 %)
3. No routine calibration or maintenance
4. Supports 10 ml and 25 ml syringes
5. The high suction capability enables efficient use of fine inline disk type syringe filters (0.45 microns) eliminating manual filtration process
